AlphaLeap Wholesale Ordering FAQ's
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed by browsing our catalog and selecting each item by pressing on the "Add to Cart" button. Items are then stored within the shopping cart which can then be process by clicking the Checkout button. When orders are submitted, shipping weights are calculated within 24 hours and followed by an invoice (depending on payment option selected) requesting payment.
What are the minimum order requirements?
The minimum total order quantity must be 40 items. Wholesale discounted pricing is based on order quantity by item. Minimum order quantities for each item range from 1-6 unites and are provided on each product page.
For orders exceeding 500 unites, further discounts may apply. Our staff will work diligently to provide the best prices available on large orders that significantly reduce production costs and pass the savings on to you.
What sizes are available?
We provide sizes X-Small, Small, Medium, Large and X-large. XXL and XXXL are available for most formal apparel items for an additional charge per unit.
How do I send payment?
AlphaLeap Apparel accepts payment through Google Checkout, Paypal and wire transfer. If Google Checkout or Paypal are selected, an invoice requesting payment will be initiated and email within 24 hours of receiving any new sales order submissions. Please note that we do not initiate manufacturing until payment is provided in full.
Wire transfer invoices are emailed directly from AlphaLeap's sales staff and provide complete details for wire transfer upon sales order submissions. Payments can be sent within 7 business days to the address and bank information provided during checkout or as provided (below).
How long does it take to produce an order?
The average turnaround is 4-6 business days. Orders exceeding 100 units can take up 10 business days.
What are the shipping costs and carrier options?
The estimated prices below are meant to give you an idea of what shipping costs will be, based on an average of 3-4 items per kilo. We prefer FedEx (special 10kgs &20kgs box rate) door-to-door express services. To obtain an estimated shipping cost, please click here (Use Zip code 10400). Other shipping partners are UPS and DHL, to get an estimated shipping fee.

What are your wholesale return policies?
We provide exchanges for all merchandise received defective or damaged during post. We request a return of the defective item(s) or a digital photograph of the item sent by email to sales@alphaleap.com. Once either is received and verified, a replacement will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If a replacement is no longer a stock item, AlphaLeap will provide a full refund including shipping expenses incurred to and from. To help avoid such incidents, however, each item is inspected by 3 separate personel to insure high quality fabric, design and production standards. It is our quality control, customer service and pricing that sets us apart from our competition. Therefore, if your apparel is delivered defective or damaged, we'll provide an immediate exchange.
